Ainu cultural exchanges
‡@Subsidizing domestic cultural exchanges
This is a project to help activities designed to promote
understanding of Ainu culture by partially subsidizing projects for learning,
appreciating and experiencing the Ainu language, traditional dancing, wood
carving and other Ainu practices by inviting successors of Ainu culture.

‡ASubsidizing international cultural exchanges
In this project, international exchanges such as sending
and inviting groups or individuals involved in activities related to Ainu
culture are partially subsidized to promote and disseminate Ainu culture,
so that such groups or individuals can learn from the transmission and
preservation of cultures by indigenous peoples overseas and present Ainu
culture to them.
- Sending of groups/individuals overseas: Project for groups or individuals
involved in Ainu culture-related activities to promote cultural exchanges
in other countries.
- Invitation of groups/individuals overseas: Project to invite lecturers
or other groups/individuals to seminars and other domestic events related
